Beef

White Rapids Ranch maintains a herd size of 10-15 purebred Hereford and Hereford influence cattle. We grow all of our own hay and maintain plenty of pasture for grazing. Our beef is naturally raised, hormone free and government inspected.

Lamb

White Rapids Ranch raises St. Croix/Dorper lambs. All lambs are born and raised naturally on our farm. We also sell feeder lambs (2 months old) when available for $125.00 each.

Pork

White Rapids Ranch custom grows pork. We purchase our weaner pigs from a local farmer and raise them specifically for you. Our Pork is naturally raised, hormone free and government inspected.

Hi Shalene: I've been meaning to do this for a while now - I wanted to tell you how very much we've been enjoying your beef! It's great!

Interestingly, I recently read Michael Pollan's "Omnivore's Dilemma" and have been patting myself on the back so hard I've knocked myself out for purchasing your grass-fed beef. You may recall from our email exchange last year that I had no clues as to how beef should be raised and am just utterly thrilled that, through sheer luck, we managed to purchase our meat from you. (Apparently that luck doesn't stop me from patting myself on the back!!:) It's wonderful to know that the beef not only tastes great but was a healthy, happy crittur that was raised naturally.
